"Pondering"

So I was sitting around "Pondering" what would happen if I played with acrylic paints. This is what I came up with. This being my very FIRST acrylic painting, I think it turned out pretty darn good.

January Challenge 

"Try Something New" 

I am so excited to be a part of the Open-Minded Crafting Fun Design Team. This month's challenge encourages us to step out of our comfort zones and "Try Something New."

For this month, I used a Digital Stamp from SmearedInk. Unfortunately, SmearedInk is no longer in business as of the new year. I am quite sad about it as the images were very interesting to work with.

For this challenge, my something new was the use of colored pencils to color the image, adding feathers to a card, and using some ribbon tape I found at Tuesday Morning. Here is what I came up with for my card.
